Terms of sale

By purchasing or downloading any product from Difuzio, you agree to the following terms.

License to use. When you purchase a template pack, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own business's marketing and communication. You may customize the files with your own logo, name, and content.

What you may not do. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original template files (edited or unedited) as a standalone product or template pack to any third party. You may not claim the templates as your own original design work for resale purposes.

Digital delivery. All products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

Intellectual property. All templates remain the intellectual property of Difuzio until customized by the buyer. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership of the underlying design.

Limitation of liability. Difuzio provides templates "as is." We are not responsible for how the files are used once downloaded, nor for any business outcomes resulting from their use.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
