Refund policy

All products sold by Difuzio are digital, downloadable files (images and design templates). Because these files can be accessed and downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been made available.

Exceptions: if you experience a technical issue and are unable to download your files, or if the files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or do not match the product description, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at the email address listed on this site. We will provide a replacement download or, if that is not possible, a full refund.

Because our products are templates intended for customization with your own business information, we are unable to offer refunds simply because a design does not meet personal taste after purchase — please review the product previews carefully before buying.
